Shirley Coats Hates Michael Vick

This is priceless. Cue allowing the headline to speak for itself.

The wife of Cleveland City Councilman Roosevelt Coats wanted taxpayers to pay for a canine expert to travel to Alabama to determine whether her exiled dog is a pit bull.
Not only are the moronic taxpayers of Cleveland to pay for the awfully proposed Medical Mart, the rate hike of a bus system instituted for poor people... but now to determine if a dog is a pit bull... Why is it that the good citizens of Cleveland have to fill the bill of determining the genus and species of a local canine do you ask? We'll tell you why... Because Shirley Coats is an idiot who takes the 'Beware of Dog' signs a little too literally in this litigious society.
Hmm... Let's explore a little bit more.
Shirley Coats, who is accused of letting the dog menace neighbors in violation of a city law governing pit bulls, made the request at a Monday hearing in Cleveland Municipal Court.
Absurd is certainly not the word that immediately comes to mind... only after I've jerked off to a google image of Mrs. Coats violating said pit bull.
But it gets better....
Coats declined to comment after Monday's hearing.
The charge is based on complaints from four women, who reported that Coats' snarling dog identified by a city dog officer as a pit bull -- trapped them inside a neighborhood hair salon on Jan. 10.

Ah... It must be because the pit bull does not like Queen Sheba Hair Mayonnaise. Not to be confused with Miracle Whip... Which is also wonderful for the Geri-Curl.
Once again... Cleveland is played for the fool.
